[BEAUTY TIPS] Beauty and Healthy Skin

Today I'm going to share about beauty talk which means we will discover about the secret of the beauty and healthy skin.. so let's begin ..
I know there are a lot of people out there who has problem with their skin, so do I..
Hearing about this problem, I found that the beauty and the skincare product are the most wanted thing among the girls. actually, not only girls, a lot of guy/men do the same thing, searching to find the best recommended product that suits their skin problems.
To be honest, I did the same thing like the others do because I kinda had a skin problem too like pimples or blemishes, oily skin, and other problem, so it's like a complication skin problem I thought. That's why I always trying to search about a beauty product review and when it comes with a positive and recommended comment, well.. I purchased those products wish it could solve my skin problems.. There's a lot of beauty products or skin products that really good for your skin. But sometimes, those product works really different for other people or different skin type.
So I heard that the secret of the beauty skin and flawless skin is good sleep, plenty of water, healthy eating and stress free life are some of the most basic and important ingredients of youthful and beautiful appearance. Here are some tips for you to get and have your own beauty and healthy skin:

1. Some people might love using ice cube on the face every morning to have fresh and rejuvenate skin but it also might be a little harsh for skin especially sensitive and redness prone skin. Another alternative to solve this is >> simply wipe your face in the morning with cold raw milk (you can also mix with cucumber juice)wipe your face with it using cotton ball. After that rinse your face with cold water once your done.

2. Use coffee for the beauty of your hands. Yes, simple coffee that you drink every day can be used for skin care. Why coffee? Well, coffee grounds are a natural exfoliator. Tips >> mix coffee grounds with olive oil and massage your hands with this scrub for couple of minutes with a circular motions. Do this twice a week.

3. Body Scrub >> Mix 2 tablespoons of used coffee grounds, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Massage your body in a circular motions especially on the area with cellulite, your legs and dry areas.

I've watched YOUTUBE and most of the youtubers has their own way of skincare routine to have a healthy and beauty skin. But most of them do the same steps such as:
1. Cleansing
Cleansing is the most important thing to do.. Why? Because even the air and every touch from your hands could give the bacterial stick to your skin, that's why we need to clean our face well. Cleansing is important for clean all the makeup products that stick to our face. Different types of skin has different products to use too. So, at first, defined your skin type and find the products that would works well to your skin.
 
2. Toner 
The important explaination why we using toner is because toner can remove impurities from the skin and avoid your skin from the whiteheads and blackheads. Toner provide much-needed moisture to the deadskin. For people with the oily skin, Toner will help you to reducing oil, minimize pores, and freshening your face.
3. Exfoliant
Exfoliant will help to remove built-up dead skin cells, and revealing new skin. For exfoliate your face skin, you can use  face scrub.

4. Moisturizer
Moisturizer contains active ingridients that can help to hydrate dry skin so that it becomes more moist. Moist skin will also help prevent the skin from the wrinkles, and makes the skin look smoother.
