[REVIEW] Etude House Sweet Recipe Baby Choux Base #03 Peach Choux

I'm back again with a new review for you dear :)

So, today I'm going to review one of my favorite makeup base. This base from Etude House basically has 3 colors but I only had the number #03 Peach choux..

Before I tell you about this base, It's better to get to know what is makeup base for and then you decide whether you need it or not ;)

So, What is a makeup base??

Makeup base also referred to as a primer is a cosmetic product that is applied to the skin before foundation or concealer. Its purpose is to smooth out lines, wrinkles, or blemishes, and give the foundation or concealer a smooth palette for application. So today I'm going to review this makeup base product from Etude House ;)

 This product has 3 colors which is:

#1 Mint Choux

This is really suitable to use for cover the redness and make your acne less visible.

#2 Berry Choux

This Berry Choux can help you to cover your dark circle, and the pink color can help to make your pale skin look more fresh.

#3 Peach Choux

This is suitable for people who has dull skin, it can help brighten your skin face tone.

How To Use :
1. Clean up the skin
2. Spread it out using fingers, gently tap to apply it from inside towards outside
 >> Optional -- You can use sponge if you don't like using your fingers

#3 Peach Choux

This base has 35g product inside the tube ;)
And.. Thankfully has SPF 25/PA++ eventhough the SPF not too high.

You can see the swatch below and the difference between before and after use. It brighten my skin when I applied it on my skin :)

As you can see on the picture, the cream has a peach color same as the tube color. The peach color really suitable to make your face more bright :)

Overall, I love every single little thing about this product. I use it everyday when I go out since we always meet up with the sun.. hahahaha I use it after my skincare routine. This Baby Choux became my first step before makeup. But, when I go to study, I prefer only use this makeup base without foundation or BB cream. It still can brighten your face even without foundation or BB cream.

PROS:

- Brighten my face

- Make my makeup look more matte and soft

- Cute color (since I love pastel color)

- Love the scent

CONS:

- The SPF is not too high, since basiccaly we need at least SPF 30 for our skin

- Only 35g

REPURCHASE?

Maybe I'll try another makeup base first, but if it doesn't fit with my expectation, then maybe I'll decide to use this makeup base again ;)
